The Slapper should have 'Mission Accomplished' branded on each leather strap. I wouldn't go so far as to suggest it is the greatest spanker toy; it is serviceable.

It can handle light spanking. If you want those hard-hitting spankings, it is not the right choice. The middle part that holds it together will pop out. I figured this out the hard way, literally.
