Unbelievably tight. Someone else beat me to the punch about using plenty of lube. Since the insides cling and are tight, don't go light on the lube. In this case,, more is better.

I didn't want to shell out a ton of money for a sleeve. Despite the general claim that these sleeves don't rip, they do rip. I've ripped two different sleeves over the years. The interesting part is that I forked out less money for the Pocket Pal than I did for any of my previous sleeves, and wouldn't you know it...this one hasn't ripped or even lost its tightness. Pretty tight action on the inside. The cherry smell doesn't do much for me -- I don't like it or dislike it. The vibrator effect is cool. I consider the Pocket Pal one of my best sleeve purchases.
