Oh, the hype is out there. Several quick reads of all the We-Vibe reviews leads one to believe that it is, without a doubt, the next great sex toy for women and couples, similar to how women responded to rabbit vibrators. There are toys with a similar approach to simultaneous G-Spot and clitoral stimulation, so the idea and overall design - though different in size, shape, and texture - is similar to the G-Rock and Snugglepuss. I've enjoyed my sexual moments with both of those toys, but the We-Vibe is considerably more expensive, which means it should be significantly better than both the G-Rock and Snugglepuss.

One factor, from the start, that makes the We-Vibe special is its rechargeable function. Like the Gigi (my favorite), Iris, Liv, and Lily, the We-Vibe is designed with the latest technology to increase user convenience. Hey, I am all about simplifying my sex life. I am a busy, demanding woman, who wants to orgasm several times in the least amount of time possible. I did not experience simultaneous clitoral and G-Spot orgasms the first few times I played with the We-Vibe. It took some time to figure out how to place both ends in an advantageous position and angle to create the desired results, namely: booming orgasms, at the same time, from both my clit and G-Spot. It is a user-friendly sex toy, so you should really take your time and experiment with it and find out what works best with your unique vaginal characteristics. All women respond slightly different to the same sex toy, so really take the time to try moving the clitoral vibrator end into position for direct stimulation while, also, adjusting the depth and positioning of the G-Spot vibrator inside of your vagina.

Most of the time, the We-Vibe can be used as a hands-free sex toy. However, sudden movements, like when one's legs and stomach shake during climax, can shift the toy's ends from prime stimulation points (internally and externally). If I know that I am going to experience an especially strong orgasm, I use my index finger to keep the toy in place. I can't stand losing any sort of intensity as I orgasm - and a little finger stability isn't such a bad thing or a hassle. Inserting it feels a little strange at first, but after turning on the vibrations, I melted under the pleasurable pleasure of vibrations on my clit and G-Spot. All in all, I have to say that the We-Vibe is a wonderful adult toy for women. The Gigi and Liv are better premium sex toys (less expensive, too), but then again, neither of those vibrators offer women dual stimulation. I really love this vibrator, but it may not work for all women. The ability for it to work for you depends on the ability of the arms to simultaneously press your g-spot and clit at the same time. Some women's anatomy will make this difficult, if the g-spot is a little higher or the clit is a certain distance from the vaginal opening. For me, it snuggled in just right. It's not as intense a vibration as traditional vibrators, but the feeling of having something - the same thing - on my g-spot and clit, vibrating, reacting to movement when touched, was stellar.

That said, you need a lot of lube to have penetrative sex while wearing this, and it has a tendency to slip out. My partner got kind of frustrated with it, apparently. I was mostly in outer space at the time. This is not a good beginner vibe, but it's a good couples vibe to play around with.

Wow! Amazing vibe! We discovered that you need to use quite a bit of lube! The lube helps him slide in and out easily which makes the vibe slide to the right spots! He also gets the vibe sensation. Overall we have had some great times with this toy!

If you are -anything- like me, and consider yourself a power-diva... someone who thinks that attaching a HEMI to a vibrator sounds like one -awesome- idea for a toy... this vibe will not cut it for you externally.

Clitorally, I've had virgins who were better at manipulating me (and if you remember those days you know this is a sad, sad, statement). The dinky vibes they sell at mall novelty stores pack more umph and maintain a charge from a single AA battery longer than the we-vibe does, fully charged. From the moment you unplug and turn it on it's on it's way down, and quite noticeably.

I have to double up vibrators to get off with this thing solo... which is way more work than its worth.

Furthermore, If you are a gusher, or someone who desensitizes with arousal, the ease of the vibe to slip, slide, and fall out place makes it even harder to get off.

The external vibration, and natural contouring is nice enough, that when combined with a lover this toy can really rock your socks. That's the we-vibes strength, and only strength... and it could accomplish the task of giving a g-spot orgasm during sex without the vibration, it's all in the angle.

If you are -nothing- like me and you don't get super wet when you are turned on, require minimal vibration to get off, and/or want something to play with during actual intercourse that won't get in the way it's a great buy.

All in all, the We-Vibe is a wonderful sex toy and a quality product. I recommend it for couple sex and exploring G-spot stimulation. It is much more advanced that most vibrators on the market and perfect for those who are bored with regular vibes and want to try something a bit different. I liked it much better than the Snugglepuss although I have yet to try the G-Rock.

It's not "perfect", but it's so unique. If you require strong vibrations, it won't get you off from that alone. It's a great addition to sex, but use lube!!! Internally though...too much outside, near the clit portion, and it'll move too much during sex. All in all, i think it's a great toy.
